经纬仪工业测量系统在标定圆形GNSS天线中的应用

摘要 根据移动测量系统中惯性导航(简称惯导)坐标系与GPS天线相位中心坐标位置的高精度标定要求,基于Axyz/MTM工业测量系统设计一套针对传感器(文中以圆形天线头相位中心标定为例)的无接触测量方案,采用电子经纬仪高精度测角的原理,两台电子经纬仪进行空间前方交会单点坐标测量。根据惯导底部8个特征点建立惯导坐标系,利用GPS天线接缝处做辅助线的方法计算出其相位中心,坐标转换得出GPS天线相位中心在惯导系下的坐标,用于工作中实时纠正惯导的漂移,取得良好的效果。 According to the high-precision calibration requirements of the inertial navigation coordinate system and the phase center coordinate position of the GPS antenna head in the mobile measurement system,a set of non-contact measurement schemes for the circular antenna head are designed based on the Axyz/MTM industrial measurement system.The principle of precision angle measurement is used for the two electronic theodolites to perform a single point coordinate measurement in front of space.The inertial navigation system is established based on 8 characteristic points at the bottom of the inertial navigation system.The phase center is calculated by using the antenna head wiring as an auxiliary line,and the coordinates of the GPS antenna phase center under the inertial navigation system are calculated in order to correct the inertial navigation in real time during work,thus achieving good results.
