激光跟踪仪的测量误差解析与精度仿真 被引量:9

摘要 激光跟踪仪基于球坐标法测量原理,通过测角、测距实现三维坐标的精密测量,由于角度和距离对整体测量精度的影响存在较大差异,需要对其全量程测量精度变化规律进行研究。鉴于激光跟踪仪可以在任意安置姿态下进行三维坐标测量,文中首先分析“仪转角”和“仪顶角”两个术语的基本含义,区别传统的“水平角”和“竖直角”。基于误差传播定律,以仪器测角、测距的标称精度为依据,对激光跟踪仪的点位测量误差进行解析。以Leica AT930型激光跟踪仪为例,重点分析“测角线性误差”和“测距误差”的悬殊性。并通过仿真模拟,分析空间三维坐标精度随各观测要素的变化规律,探讨“解析点位精度”与“标称点位精度”之间的精度差异。 Laser tracker is based on the principle of spherical coordinate method,which can realize precise measurement of three-dimensional coordinates through angle measurement and distance measurement.However,the influence of angle and distance on the overall measurement accuracy is quite different,so it is necessary to study the variation law of its full range measurement accuracy.In view of the fact that the laser tracker can carry out three-dimensional coordinate measurement in any posture,this paper first analyzes the basic meaning of the terms“instrument angle”and“instrument top angle”,so as to distinguish it from the traditional“horizontal angle”and“vertical right angle”.Then,based on the law of error propagation,the point measurement error of laser tracker is analyzed based on the nominal angle measurement and ranging accuracy of the instrument.Taking Leica AT930 laser tracker as an example,this paper mainly analyzes the difference between“angle measurement linear error”and“distance measurement error”.Through the simulation,the variation law of the spatial three-dimensional coordinate accuracy with the observation elements is analyzed,and the accuracy difference between“analytical point accuracy”and“nominal point position accuracy”is discussed.It is expected that the research result can provide a reference for the measurement error analysis,precision expression and measurement scheme formulation of laser tracker.
