摘要
针对蒋家河煤矿回采巷道维护困难、需多次返修的问题,以ZF215工作面回风巷为例,采用正交试验设计的方法对其巷道支护参数进行重新优化设计。研究结果表明,对两帮移近量的影响显著顺序为锚杆间排距>锚杆直径>锚杆长度>锚杆预紧力,对顶底板移近量的影响显著顺序为锚杆间排距>锚杆预紧力>锚杆直径>锚杆长度;增加锚杆直径和锚杆预紧力对于控制巷道变形最为经济;增加锚杆布置密度对于控制巷道变形最为有效;锚杆长度达到最低长度要求后,继续增加,作用较小。回采期间,巷道两帮移近量为572 mm,顶底板移近量为425 mm,工程实践效果良好。
Aiming at the problems of difficult maintenance and repeated repair of the mining roadway in Jiangjiahe Coal Mine,taking the return air roadway of ZF215 working face as an example,the roadway support parameters are optimized by orthogonal test method.The results show that the significant order of influence on the approach of two sides is bolt spacing>bolt diameter>bolt length>bolt preload,and the significant order of influence on the approach of roof-to-floor is bolt spacing>bolt preload>bolt diameter>bolt length;increasing bolt diameter and bolt preload is the most economical way to control roadway deformation;increasing the density of bolt arrangement is the most effective for controlling roadway deformation;when the length of bolt reaches the minimum length requirement,it continues to increase with little effect.After the support optimization,the approach of two sides of the roadway is 572 mm and the approach of roof-to-floor is 425 mm,which has achieved good engineering results.
