摘要
石材面板坠落是石材幕墙较常出现的安全问题,可能对人员、财产造成严重伤害。为分析湛江某项目石材幕墙石材面板坠落原因,从分析验算、力学性能检测、现场微损检查等方面进行研究。研究结果表明,该项目原设计方案可行,但石材面板存在较大比例的施工缺陷,需进行全面排查,并及时更换存在缺陷的石材,才能确保本项目石材幕墙的安全使用。
Stone panel falling is a common safety problem of natural stone curtain wall,which may cause serious injury to personnel and property.We will analyze the causes of the falling of stone panel from the aspects of checking calculation,testing of mechanical properties and on-site micro-inspection.The result shows that although the design is workable,there is large portion of low construction quality of stone panel which requires to change the defected stone panel on time after investigation to ensure the safety.
