摘要
宽厚翼剪切式桥式电阻应变式负荷传感器(以下简称宽厚翼传感器)因其翼板面积大无法准确计算其腹板中最大剪应力而长期成为设计人员手中的难题。本文通过实例介绍用由笔者创立的计算圆孔形工字截面腹板最大剪应力的三线段法在宽厚翼传感器设计中的应用。
The wide and thick wing shear bridge resistance strain load sensor(hereinafter referred to as the wide and thick wing sensor)has long become a difficult problem for designers because of its large wing plate area and can not accurately calculate the maximum shear stress in its web.This paper introduces the application of the three segment method established by the author to calculate the maximum shear stress of the web of circular holeⅠ-section in the design of wide and thick wing sensor.
