摘要
土地革命战争时期,中国共产党把对敌宣传作为党的中心工作之一,深入研究国民党军队军心士气,明确对敌宣传的突破口,精心设计宣传内容,将启发政治觉悟和瓦解白军士气有机融合,注重贴近白军官兵实际,强调利用俘虏宣传,采取灵活多样的对敌宣传方法手段,建立健全对敌宣传组织、积极动员红军官兵和革命群众,形成对敌宣传的全方位立体攻势,使得对敌宣传在巩固扩大根据地、削弱白军力量方面发挥重要作用,并在对敌宣传理论和实践方面取得丰硕成果,为以后对敌宣传方针政策的制定奠定了良好基础。
During the Agrarian Revolutionary War,the Communist Party of China took propaganda against the enemy as one of the central work of the Party,deeply studied the morale of the Kuomintang army,made clear the breakthrough in the propaganda of the enemy,and carefully designed the propaganda content,to inspire political awareness and dismantle the morale of the white army organic integration.It paid attention to close to the actual situation of“White Officers and Soldiers”,emphasized the use of captive propaganda,adopted flexible and diverse means of propaganda against the enemy,established and improve propaganda organizations against the enemy,actively mobilized the Red Army officers and revolutionary masses,and formed an all-round offensive against the enemy.It made the propaganda to the enemy play an important role in consolidating and expanding the base and weakening the power of the White Army,and made fruitful achievements in the theory and practice of propaganda against the enemy,which laid a good foundation for the formulation of the policy of the propaganda policy against the enemy in the future.
