摘要
为进一步提升新能源汽车的节能降耗性能,对再生制动系统的能量回收特性进行了研究。分析了电源与电机之间的能量转换及回收机理,确定再生制动系统的组成,对系统中的电源、电机以及制动强度特性进行研究,基于惯性实验台得出高速制动、低速制动和中速制动条件下的电机功率变化特性。研究结果表明,相比高速与低速行驶条件,中等速度下的制动能量回收效率更高,在确保电池正常工作的前提下,增大最大充电电流可有效提升再生制动系统的工作性能。
In order to further improve the energy-saving performance of new energy vehicles,the energy recovery characteristics of regenerative braking system were studied.The energy conversion and recovery mechanism between power supply and motor were analyzed,the composition of regenerative braking system was determined,the characteristics of power supply,motor and braking strength in the system were studied,and the motor power variation characteristics under the conditions of high-speed braking,low-speed braking and medium speed braking were obtained based on the inertial test-bed.The results show that compared with high-speed and low-speed driving conditions,the braking energy recovery efficiency at medium speed is higher.On the premise of ensuring the normal operation of the battery,increasing the maximum charging current can effectively improve the working performance of the regenerative braking system.
