摘要
针对我国铁路旅游专列存在信息服务链条断链、协同作业效率低等问题,基于全流程服务流线和专列服务作业情况进行需求分析,提出铁路旅游专列智慧出行服务与管理平台设计方案。基于服务功能和管理功能一体化技术平台总体框架,通过阐述基于数据支撑层、公共服务层和核心应用层的系统构成,设计智慧出行服务与管理平台的功能模块,包括:资讯平台、预约服务、线上商场、订单管理、用户权限等功能,以实现高端旅游专列产品服务的升级优化,保障高效的信息化协同作业,为铁路旅游专列智慧出行服务和运营管理发展提供理论参考。
Given the disconnection of information service chains and low collaborative operation efficiency of China’s tourist trains, this paper analyzed the needs of the whole-process service flow line and the service operation status of tourist trains and proposed a design scheme for a smart travel service and management platform of tourist trains. The overall framework of the technical platform integrating service functions and management functions was designed. The system composition based on a data support layer, a public service layer, and a core application layer was expounded. The functional modules of the smart travel service and management platform were designed, including an information platform, booking service, an online shopping mall, order management, and user authority. This platform is expected to optimize the high-end products and services of tourist trains, ensure efficient information-based collaborative operations and provide theoretical references for the development of the smart travel service and operation management of tourist trains.
