摘要
高速铁路客站信息系统在资源共享范围、信息共享程度、信息协同联动方面存在短板,需要应用物联网技术提升高速铁路客站的智能化水平。针对高速铁路客站信息化建设的现状及需求,提出铁路智能客站建设的总体蓝图、总体架构和逻辑架构,在客运业务、生产组织、安全保障和绿色节能等方面,设计基于物联网技术的铁路智能客站业务和应用,提升高速铁路客站的智能化水平。以长沙南站作为基于物联网的铁路智能客站应用试点,效果表明物联网技术在智能客站的应用可以为旅客提供更加便捷、舒适的出行体验,提升车站客运管理智能化水平。
The information system in railway passenger stationsis exposed to shortcomings such as limited resource and information sharing and the weak collaborative linkage of information. To solve these problems, it is necessary to apply the Internet of Things(IoT) technology to improve the intelligence level of high speed railway passenger stations. This paper described the overall blueprint and framework as well as the logical architecture of the intelligent railway passenger stations(IRPSs). In terms of passenger transport businesses, production organization, safety assurance, and green energy conservation, IRPS service and applications were designed based on the IoT technology to improve the intelligence of high speed railway passenger stations. The IoT technology was tested at the Changsha South Railway Station. It is shown that IoT plays an important role in improving passenger service quality and promoting passenger transport management in IRPSs.
