摘要
针对某多层预紧回转体结构在横向随机振动试验中出现的转动问题,开展了质量偏心和振动台台面非一致载荷两种致转因素的研究。研究过程中以连接界面上的扭矩响应作为关键参数,通过动力学数值模拟,并结合试验数据分析,发现质量偏心并非造成试验结构转动的重要因素。在针对非一致激励因素的研究中,将分析模型从约束状态转换为自由边界条件,基础加速度激励也相应地转换为压力载荷,并通过优化方法对压力载荷进行了识别。仿真结果表明,非一致激励能够激发结构的高阶扭转模态,在连接界面上产生的动态扭矩的三倍均方根值为445Nm,与准静态抗扭能力测试值不低于400Nm具有可比性,揭示了转动现象机理。
Aiming at the rotation phenomenon of multilayer pre-tight revolved body appeared in transverse vibration test,two factors of eccentric mass and non-uniform excitation of shaking table that may cause rotation are taken into consideration.The torsion response at the interface between test piece and fixture is chosen as the key parameter,with the analysis of test data and dynamic numerical simulation,it indicated that eccentric mass is not an important factor.Meanwhile,during the research of non-uniform excitation,the model with clamped support boundary is converted to the model of free boundary condition;correspondingly,the base acceleration excitation is converted to pressure load,which could be identified with optimization method,the numerical result indicated that non-uniform excitation could motivate twisting mode,and produce comparative torsion at the interface which approach to the quasi-static test result of anti-rotation ability,and the mechanization of rotation is revealed.
