C-E-CKC对宫颈癌前病变患者生育功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨冷刀-电刀-冷刀子宫颈锥切术(C-E-CKC)对宫颈癌前病变(CCP)患者生育功能的影响。方法选择80例CCP患者,随机分为2组,各40例。对照组行冷刀锥切术(CKC),观察组则接受C-E-CKC进行治疗。比较两组围术期指标、生活质量以及生育功能。结果观察组术中出血量较对照组少,排气恢复及离床时间较对照组早,术后生活质量较对照组好,成功妊娠及成功分娩率较对照组高,流产率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论C-E-CKC治疗CCP效果显著,可缩短患者治疗时间,改善患者生活质量,同时保护其生育功能,具有较高的应用价值。
