全球寻源是在供应链体系内新型的全球运作体系、采购体系和供应商合作关系。企业全球寻源对商品来源、商品供应范围、交通条件提出了更高的要求。四川内陆自贸港建设与腹地制造企业全球寻源的联动机制包括港城经济结构转型升级双向联动、经济腹地对外开放提升双向联动、各开放型监管条件利好双向联动。对四川内陆自贸港建设与腹地制造企业全球寻源的联动机制展开论述。
Under the concept of supply chain,global sourcing is a global operation system,procurement system and supplier partnership.Global sourcing puts forward higher requirements for commodity sources,commodity supply scope and transportation conditions.The linkage mechanism between the construction of Sichuan inland free trade port and the global sourcing of manufacturing enterprises in the hinterland includes two-way linkage between the transformation and upgrading of the economic structure of the port city,two-way linkage between the opening up and upgrading of the economic hinterland and two-way linkage between favorable open regulatory conditions.
