摘要
脑血管病(Cerebrovascular disease,CBVDs)是威胁人类健康的常见疾病之一,该病具有发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高等特点,及早治疗是控制患者病情的关键措施。目前针对CBVDs多选择单靶点药物进行治疗,通过作用于一个或几个病理因子达到治疗的目的,由于疾病致病原因较复杂,导致单靶点药物临床应用受限。传统中药属于多成分、多靶点药物,灯盏细辛对控制CBVDs病情有积极作用,但因疾病及中药成分复杂性。目前尚未明确该药物对疾病的作用机制,故本文就灯盏细辛注射液治疗脑血管病的进展进行论述,旨在为同行业工作者提供参考。
Cerebral vascular disease(CBV Ds)is one of the common diseases threatening human health.I1 has the characleristics of high morbidity,high disability and high mortaliy.At present,CBVDs is usually treated by single-target drugs,which can act on one or several pathologiceal faclors of the disease,but is clinical application is limied because of the complicated pathogenic factors.Traditional Chinese mediceine is a multi-component,multi-target drug.Erigeron Asarum SIEBOLDII has a positive efeet on cotrolling CBVDS.However,the mechanism of action of Erigeron Breviseapus on CBVDs is not clear because of the complexity of disease and the composition of traditional Chinese medicine,in this paper,the progress of Erigeron breviscapus injection in the treatment of cerebrovascular disease is discussed,in order to provide reference for the same trade workers.
