摘要
论文首先介绍了加强航空企业专业技术人才培养的重要性,其次阐述了航空企业专业技术人才的培养及管理现状,之后重点探讨了航空企业专业技术人才培养及管理的对策,旨在不断提升我国航空企业培养专业人才的速度,从而促进我国航空事业的可持续健康发展。
The paper firstly introduces the importance of strengthening the training of professional and technical personnel in aviation enterprises,and then expounds the current situation of training and management of professional and technical personnel in aviation enterprises,and then focuses on the countermeasures of training and management of professional and technical personnel in aviation enterprises,aiming at constantly improving the speed of training professional personnel in China's aviation enterprises,so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of China's aviation industry.
