聚乙烯醇纤维掺杂混凝土无侧限抗压强度及机制分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高高层建筑混凝土的力学性能,通过加入聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维制备复合混凝土结构来实现加固效果,深入分析了PVA纤维引起的混凝土力学特性变化及变形机制,并开展了显微增强机制方面的研究。研究结果表明:PVA纤维混凝土在各测试时间段中得到的应力变化曲线表现出四阶段特征。通过无侧限抗压测试强度结果分析,确定最优结果为:纤维长度6 mm,纤维质量分数0.75%。扫描电镜测试结果显示:在PVA纤维边缘紧密包裹着混凝土,PVA纤维表面形成了许多粗糙结构,在纤维与接触介质间形成了更强作用力。 In order to improve the mechanical properties of high-rise building concrete,the composite concrete structure was prepared by adding polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fiber to achieve the strengthening effect.The mechanical properties and deformation mechanism of concrete caused by PVA fiber were analyzed in depth,and the microscopic strengthening mechanism was studied.The results show that the stress curve of PVA fiber concrete in each test period shows the characteristics of four stages.Through the analysis of unconfined compressive strength test results,the optimal results are determined as follows:fiber length is6 mm,fiber content is 0.75%.The SEM test results show that the PVA fiber edeges are tightly wrapped with concrete,and many rough structures are formed on the surface of PVA fiber,forming a stronger force between fiber and contact medium.
