摘要
目的:挖掘加味白头翁汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative Colitis,UC)的组方规律。方法:检索Web of Science、PubMed、Embase、the Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方、维普资讯期刊服务平台等数据库,按照纳入标准筛选文献,运用Excel 2010录入数据,采用SPSS Statistics 25.0软件作聚类分析和因子分析,采用SPSS Modeler 18.0软件作关联规则。结果:共纳入77篇文献,频数分析显示白头翁、黄连、秦皮、黄柏、地榆、甘草、败酱草、白及、五倍子、黄芪、木香、白芍等12味中药为主要药物;归类以清热药为主,配以补虚药、止血药、收涩药和理气药;归经以大肠经为主,与肝经、脾经、胃经密切相关;四气以寒性为主,五味以酸、甘为要。聚类分析将药物归为三类,分别寓以清热燥湿、凉血止痢,敛疮生肌、止血止泻,止痛。因子分析将药归为四个公因子,各自以清热燥湿、凉血止痢,或止泻止血,或止痛,或消肿敛疮为主要作用。关联规则共得到11个药物,其中白头翁-黄连、白头翁-秦皮、白头翁-黄柏、白头翁-地榆为核心药对,其余药对也发挥着重要作用。结论:加味白头翁治疗UC的组方思想为清热燥湿,凉血止痢,涩肠止泻,止痛,敛疮生肌。
Objective:To explore the prescription composition rules of treating UC with the Baitouweng decoction(白头翁汤).Methods:The databases of Web of Science,PubMed,Embase,The Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and so on were retrieved in order to select the literatures that met the inclusion criteria.The data were entered by Excel 2010 software.The cluster analysis and factor analysis were performed by SPSS Statistics 25.0 software,and the association rules were made by SPSS Modeler 18.0 software.Results:A total of 77 literatures were included.The frequency analysis showed that 12 kinds of TCM medicines,such as Baitouweng[Pulsatilla chinensis(Bunge)Regel],Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis),Qinpi(Fraxini Cortex),Huangbo(Cortex Phellodendri Chinsis),Diyu(Sanguisorba officinalis L),Gancao(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch),Baijiangcao(Herba Patriniae),Baiji(Bletilla striata),Wubeizi(Rhus chinensis Mill.),Huangqi(Radix Astragali),Muxiang(Aucklandiae Radix),and Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba)were the main medicines.The heat-clearing medicines were mainly applied,supplemented with medicines for tonifying deficiency,hemostasis,astringent or regulating Qi(气).The meridial distribution was main the large intestine meridian,which was closely related to the liver meridian,spleen meridian and stomach meridian.The four Qi was mainly cold,and the main flavors are sour and sweet.The Cluster analysis classified the medicines into three categories:clearing heat and removing dysentery,healing up sores and arresting bleeding and diarrhea,and relieving pain.In the factor analysis,medicines was classified into four common factors,with the main functions of clearing heat and removing dysentery,arresting bleeding and diarrhea,relieving pain,or reducing swelling and sores.According to the association rules,11 medicines were obtained,including Baitouweng-Huanglian,Baitouweng-Qinpi,Baitouweng-Huangbo,and Baitouweng-Diyu as the core medicine pairs,and the other medicine pairs also played important roles.Conclusion:The prescription composition rules
