摘要
介绍了节流阀噪声产生的原因,利用Fluent软件对节流阀的液体动力噪声进行模拟计算,得到噪声产生的位置,并对计算结果进行分析,提出了小孔节流降噪的解决方案。
The paper introduces the causes of the noise of regulator valve,uses Fluent software to simulate and calculate the hydrodynamic noise of regulator valve,and obtains the position of the noise,analyzes the calculation results,and puts forward the solution of noise reduction by small hole throttling.
