摘要 针对DCS控制逻辑处理过程中因逻辑功能块执行顺序不当,引起跳闸给煤机瞬时煤量产生正向阶跃,总煤量计算错误,导致磨煤机RB失败的问题,通过对给煤机瞬时煤量切换跟踪和总煤量计算逻辑的全面分析,制定相关改进措施,避免磨煤机RB动作失败。验证了措施的有效性,为相关问题处理提供借鉴。 In the process of DCS control logic processing,trips occurs due to the improper execution sequence of logic function blocks,which produces a positive step of the instantaneous coal quantity of coal feeder trips,and causes the wrong calculation of total coal quantity,leading to the failure of coal mill RB.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the instantaneous coal quantity switching and tracking of the coal feeder and the calculation logic of the total coal quantity,relevant improvement measures are formulated to avoid the failure of Rb action of the coal mill,with verification on the effectiveness of such countermeasures,which provides a certain reference for the treatment of related problems.
