摘要
红色文化自身具备一定的育人价值,将其融入高校思想政治教育,既是强化对大学生价值引领的有效措施,也是丰富教育内容、创新教育形式、带动教育满足时代发展的需要。但由于高校思想政治教育者红色文化素养的不足、对大学生学习需求把握的不充分、课堂教学和实践教学的不深入,严重阻碍了红色文化资源在思想政治教育中的创新融入。所以,高校和思想政治教育者应密切合作,关注当地红色文化资源,提升教育者红色文化素养,引领红色文化资源的有效融入,同时还应把握大学生学习习惯和学习需求,探究红色文化在教育主渠道中的多样化融入,并致力于创新实践教学,多角度促进红色文化资源的融入,展现育人价值。
The red culture itself has a certain educational value.Incorporating it into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities is an effective measure to strengthen the value guidance of college students and a necessity to enrich the content of education,to innovate the education form,and to drive education to meet the needs of the development of the times.However,due to the lack of red cultural literacy of college ideological and political educators,the inadequate grasp of the learning needs of college students,and the shallow classroom teaching and practical teaching,the innovative integration of red cultural resources in ideological and political education has been seriously hindered.Therefore,colleges and ideological and political educators should cooperate closely,paying attention to local red cultural resources,improving educators’red cultural literacy,and leading the effective integration of red cultural resources.At the same time,they should grasp the learning habits and should learn needs of college students and explore the role of red culture in education.Besides,integration in education,main channels should be diversified,and practical teaching should be innovated,to promote the integration of red cultural resources from multiple angles,and to demonstrate the value of education.
