镭射光柱纸凹印套准色标位置优化及实现 被引量:2

摘要 目的针对镭射光柱卡纸为承印物进行多色高精度套印需求,传统生产工艺需要预留10~15 mm银边进行打底色和套准色标印刷,对某烟标产品的多色套印工艺分析,提出去除套印银边的新工艺和技术方案,降低产品制造成本。方法对产品结构和凹印自动套印系统原理进行分析,对凹版印刷套印工艺进行设计与优化,利用产品模切废弃区域进行打底色和套准色标的印刷,确保使用模切位置印刷套准色标能满足套印要求,确定打底色块和套准标记在产品拼版图中的最佳位置,制定产品色序与凹印机印刷机组匹配的印刷色组,确保打底色与后续套准标记不冲突,通过相互遮盖或镂空等处理为下一组套准标记提供套准依据。结果对某烟标产品的凹版印刷套印工艺进行优化,可使用模切废弃区域来进行打底色和套准标记的印刷,满足高速高精度多色凹版套印要求,实现同一产品能节省镭射光柱卡纸材料用量2%。同时,第1色序油墨的使用量减少了约33.33%。结论通过对自动套印系统的分析以及凹版印刷套印工艺的设计与优化,证明去除套印银边的技术方案具有可行性。实现在实际生产取消镭射光柱纸10~15 mm的银边,提高了镭射光柱卡纸的使用率。 The work aims to analyze the multi-color overprinting process of a cigarette mark product and propose a new process and technical scheme to remove the overprinting silver edge in view of the demand for multi-color high-precision overprinting on laser column card paper as substrate and the needs of traditional production process to reserve 10-15 mm silver edge for background color and alignment color-mark printing,so as to reduce the manufacturing cost.The product structure and the principle of gravure automatic overprinting system were analyzed.The overprinting process of gravure printing was designed and optimized.The waste area of product die-cutting was used to print the background color and alignment color-mark, in order to ensure that the alignment color-mark printed at the die-cuttingposition met the overprinting requirements, determine the best position of the background color block and alignment markin the product layout, formulate the printing color group matching the product color sequence with the gravure printingunit and prevent the background color from conflicting with the subsequent alignment mark. Then, the alignment basiswas provided for the next group of alignment marks by covering or hollowing-out treatment. The gravure printing andoverprinting process of a cigarette mark product was optimized. The waste area of die-cutting was used to print the backgroundcolor and the alignment mark, which met the requirements of high-speed and high-precision multi-color gravureoverprinting, and achieve a reduction of 2% of laser column card paper in the same products. At the same time, the usageof the 1# color sequence ink was reduced by about 33.33%. Through the analysis on automatic overprinting system and thedesign and optimization of overprinting process, it is proved that the technical scheme of removing overprinting silveredge is feasible. 10-15 mm silver edge of laser column card paper can be eliminated in actual production, and the utilizationrate of laser column card paper is improved.
