高校化学实验中石棉的使用、防护及替代概况 被引量:1

摘要 石棉网中石棉成分主要为温石棉,当其受热温度较高时,其中大量的微小石棉纤维就会逸出,易被实验者吸入肺内致癌并且污染空气,因此寻找其代替品已刻不容缓。本文通过介绍我国高校中石棉的使用情况,结合使用石棉带来的危害,进行对高校中石棉代替品的研究调查,发现其常见代替品有:玻璃棉、陶瓷纤维等,同时提出一些改进和防护措施来最大程度减小化学实验中石棉及代替品会造成的危害。 The asbestos composition in asbestos net is mainly chrysotile.When the heating temperature is high,a large number of tiny asbestos fibers will escape,which is easy to be inhaled by the experimenter to cause cancer and pollute the air,so it is urgent to find a substitute.By introducing the use of asbestos in colleges and universities in China,combined with the harm caused by the use of asbestos,a research and investigation on asbestos substitutes in colleges and universities were studied,and it was found that the common substitutes were glass asbestos,ceramic fiber,and so on.At the same time,some improvement and protective measures were put forward to minimize the harm caused by asbestos and substitutes in chemical experiments.
