摘要
化工工程施工技术复杂、工程投资较大、施工质量要求高,施工管理难度较大。一旦施工过程出现质量安全问题,影响十分巨大。文章围绕化工工程施工特点,对化工工程施工现场管理存在问题进行细致分析,并从完善管理制度、加强组织设计、创新管理模式、加大监督力度、提高人员素质等方面入手,提出对现场管理的要点及措施。
Chemical engineering construction technology is complex,engineering investment is large and construction quality requirements are high,so construction management is difficult.Once quality and safety problems occur in the construction process,the impact is very huge.Focusing on the characteristics of chemical engineering construction,this paper makes a detailed analysis on the existing problems of chemical engineering construction site management,and puts forward the key points and measures of site management from the aspects of perfecting management system,strengthening organization design,innovating management mode,strengthening supervision and improving personnel quality.
