摘要
目前在港口码头行业的发展过程中,钢管桩基础已经得到了广泛的应用。采用钢管桩设计,能够有效地提高单个钢管桩的承压能力,与此同时这种结构在施工的过程中相对来说较为简洁,进度较快。但海洋环境相比于内陆环境来说更加复杂,海水中的多种物质也会对钢管的结构产生巨大的腐蚀性,从而影响到钢管桩结构的稳定性。文章主要是阐述了钢管桩防腐保护的具体方式,并且分析了30万吨级原油码头工程钢管桩防腐安全的具体措施,以供参考。
Steel pipe pile foundation has been widely used in the development of port wharfindustry.The design of steel pipe pile can effectively improve the bearing capacity of a single steel pipe pile.At the same time,this structure is relatively simple and fast in the construction process.However,compared with the inland environment,the Marine environment is more complex,and various substances in the seawater will also cause great corrosion to the steel pipe structure,thus affecting the stability of the steel pipe pile structure.This paper mainly expounds the concrete ways of anticorrosion protection of steel pipe pile,and analyzes the concrete measures of anticorrosion safety of steel pipe pile in the construction of 300000 t crude oil wharf for reference.
