摘要
以铜仁地区某锰冶金企业生产线溶液为研究对象,采用正交试验设计法研究硫酸铝用量、反应温度、保温静置时间对硫酸锰溶液中氟离子的去除效果的影响。结果发现,硫酸铝能有效去除硫酸锰溶液体系中的氟离子,在硫酸铝加入量为溶液中氟重量的16倍,反应温度为60℃,保温静置时间为4 h时,氟去除率可达90.74%。
Taking the solution of a manganese metallurgical enterprise production line in Tongren area as the research object,the effects of aluminum sulfate dosage,reaction temperature and holding time on the removal efficiency of fluoride ion in manganese sulfate solution were studied by orthogonal experimental design.The results show that aluminum sulfate can effectively remove fluoride ions from manganese sulfate solution.The removal rate of fluoride can reach 90.74%when the amount of aluminum sulfate is 16 times the weight of fluoride in the solution,the reaction temperature is 60℃and the holding time is 4 h.
