摘要
振动大小是衡量机组运行可靠性的一个重要指标。在高速涡轮机中,振动很小,振动振幅不能超过规定的规格,属于正常振动。尽管对汽轮机的运行无影响,但超过规定的振动限值,会对整个汽轮机的运行造成危害,表明设备有缺陷。如果汽轮机振动过大,当汽轮机联接单元内部构成要素时,基压板与地基的刚性连接减弱,或产生适度的部件,导致转子扭曲、折断、损坏叶片。
Vibration is an important index to measure the reliability of unit operation.In high-speed turbine,the vibration is very small,and the vibration amplitude cannot exceed the specified specification,which belongs to normal vibration.Although it has no influence on the operation of the steam turbine,exceeding the specified vibration limit will cause harm to the operation of the whole steam turbine,indicating that the equipment is defective.If the vibration of the steam turbine is too large,the rigid connection between the base plate and the foundation will be weakened when the internal components of the steam turbine connection unit are formed,or moderate components will be produced,which will cause the rotor to twist,break and damage the blade.
