摘要
为了筛选蛋鸡输卵管炎造模方法,采用30%苯酚胶浆和大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌混合菌液分别对健康蛋鸡进行造模,通过观察造模后蛋鸡的精神状态、输卵管病理切片、酶联免疫吸附法检测炎症因子IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ的含量对造模效果进行评价。结果表明,30%苯酚混合明胶、甘油注入蛋鸡子宫部可造成输卵管炎,表现为不安,喜卧,站立不直,被毛凌乱,产蛋困难,黄白色分泌物增多;其所产的鸡蛋蛋壳表面出现血迹,有大小不等的颗粒;输卵管被覆上皮增厚,嗜中性粒细胞浸润,并有弥漫的趋势;血清中IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α和IFN-γ的含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌混合菌液造模不会导致输卵管炎,与对照组相比无差别。本试验结果显示,30%苯酚胶浆导入输卵管子宫部可以建立良好的输卵管炎模型,优于大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的混合菌液模型。
In order to screen the methods of modeling salpingitis in laying hens,30%phenol glue and mixed bacterial liquid of Escherichia coli and Salmonella were used to model healthy laying hens.The effect of modeling was evaluated by observing the mental state of laying hens,pathological sections of fallopian tubes,and detecting the content of inflammatory factors IL-2,IL-6,TNF-α,IFN-γby enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The results showed that injection of 30%phenol mixed gelatin and glycerin into the uterus of laying hens could cause salpingitis,which manifested as restlessness,lying down,not standing straight,messy coat,difficulty in laying eggs,and increased yellow and white secretions;There were blood stains on the surface of the eggshell,which fulled of particles of varying sizes;the fallopian tube were thickened by the epithelium,infiltrated by neutrophils,and had a tendency to diffuse;The content of IL-2,IL-6,TNF-αand IFN-γin the serum were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),However,the mixed bacterial solution of Escherichia coli and S almonella did not cause salpingitis,and there was no difference compared with the control group.The results of this test showed that the introduction of 30%phenol glue into the uterus of the fallopian tube could establish a good salpingitis model,which was better than the mixed bacterial liquid model of Escherichia coli and Salmonella.
