摘要
为了更有效地评估电网基建项目的投资效果,提出了一种针对电网基建项目的复合模型评价法。该方法首先使用需求热力图法和需求矢量图法对社会效益进行评估,使用经济评价法对经济效益进行评估,然后采用复合模型法将3个评价方法采用加权累乘法形成复合评价模型。结果表明:复合模型评价法实现了对电网基建项目精准投资评估体系的策略优化。
In order to evaluate the investment effect of power grid infrastructure projects more effectively,a composite model evaluation method for power grid infrastructure projects is proposed.Firstly,this method uses the demand thermodynamic diagram method and the demand vector diagram method to evaluate the social benefits,and then uses the economic evaluation method to evaluate the economic benefits,and then uses the composite model method to form the composite evaluation model by weighted cumulative multiplication of the three evaluation methods.The results show that the composite model evaluation method realizes the strategy optimization of the accurate investment evaluation system of power grid infrastructure projects.
