摘要
为更全面地了解藤本月季的耐荫能力及品种间的差异,以‘天香’(Rosa chinensis Jacq.‘Tianxiang’)、‘莫里斯’(R.chinensis Jacq.‘William Morris’)、‘夏洛特’(R.chinensis Jacq.‘Charlotte’)3个品种藤本月季为研究对象,设置全光照、西面遮光、南面遮光3种处理,测定不同品种的水势、导水损失率(PLC)、光合速率、枝条和根非结构性碳水化合物(NSC)含量、枝条生长指标,并统计植株存活率。结果表明:南面遮光处理显著提高了正午水势(P<0.05),西面遮光处理对60 d后的正午水势没有显著影响,但处理120 d后正午水势有一定程度的升高;南面遮光处理显著降低了遮光60 d时的PLC,西面遮光处理的PLC较全光照处理略有降低。南面遮光处理显著降低了光合速率(P<0.05),但西面遮光处理对光合速率没有影响;南面遮光处理显著降低了根和枝条的NSC含量(P<0.05),西面遮光处理显著降低了根NSC含量(P<0.05),但对枝条NSC含量的影响不大。南面遮光处理显著降低了藤本月季的株高和基径(P<0.05),并较大程度降低了藤本月季的存活率,西面遮光也有一定程度的降低。3个品种比较,遮光对‘夏洛特’光合速率、根NSC含量和存活率影响最大。南面遮光显著影响了藤本月季的生长,并影响其存活,西面遮光对藤本月季的生长有一定影响,但影响较小,遮光造成的光合受限和根NSC不足是影响藤本月季生长和存活的主要原因,在光照受限时,光合作用的维持能力和根部NSC的供应能力强的品种具有较强的耐荫性。
A comprehensive understanding of the shade tolerance and physiological mechanisms of vine rose plants could provide a theoretical basis for selecting planting site conditions.The water potential,percentage loss of conductivity(PLC),photosynthesis rate,nonstructural carbohydrate(NSC)content in branches and roots,and growth and survival rate of three rose cultivars:‘Tianxiang’,‘William Morris’,and‘Charlotte’were evaluated based on three treatments:full light,west shading,and south shading.The results showed that the south shading treatment significantly increased the midday water potential of the rose plants;however,the west shading treatment did not affect the midday water potential of the rose plants after 60 days of shading,but increased it to a certain extent after 120 days of shading.The south shading treatment significantly reduced the midday PLC of the rose plants after 60 days of shading.The PLC of the rose plants under west shading was slightly lower than that of the rose plants under full light treatment.South shading significantly reduced the photosynthetic rate,whereas the west shading did not affect it.South shading treatment significantly reduced the NSC content in the root and stem of the rose plant.Although,west shading significantly reduced the NSC content in the root,it did not significantly affect the NSC content in the stem.South shading notably reduced plant height,basal diameter,and greatly reduced survival rate;west shading also reduced them to some extent.The effect of shading on the photosynthetic rate,root NSC content,and survival rate of Charlotte cultivar were greater than those of the other two cultivars.These results suggested that south shading significantly reduced the growth rate of rose plants and consequently affected their survival rate.In addition,west shading had a certain influence on growth and survival rates,but to a lesser extent.The reduced photosynthesis rate and deficient root NSC content caused by shading were the main factors affecting the growth and surviv
