摘要
[研究目的]梳理十年来微博雾霾话题的主要利益相关者参与格局与意义建构演化,为促进绿色公共领域的发展与治理提供依据参考。[研究方法]选取2011-2020各年度雾霾微博影响力排名前30的博主,对其身份性质、微博占比、影响力、相关微博的内容主题等进行分类统计,进而分析归纳各自立场诉求与话语类型。[研究结论]微博雾霾话题已从大V引爆、党媒与市场化媒体引导,走向行政类和媒体类利益相关者共同参与、影响力相对均衡的阶段,但存在明显的相关者缺位现象;各利益相关者分别基于安全、发展和职能三类诉求,逐渐实现从生存主义到环境控制再向可持续发展的话语转型。由此,雾霾热门微博呈现出参与格局和意义建构的双重同质化特征。
[Research purpose]This paper aims to understand the evolution of the major stakeholders participation pattern and meaning construction of hot microblog on haze topic over the past decade,so as to provide reference for promoting the development and governance of the green public sphere.[Research method]The top 30 influential bloggers on haze microblogs in each year from 2011 to 2020 are selected to conduct classified statistics on their identity,microblog proportion,influence,and theme of related microblogs,and then their demands and discourse types are analyzed and summarized.[Research conclusion]The topic of haze on microblog has shifted from being triggered by key opinion leaders to guided by the Party media and market media and to a stage that administrative and media stakeholders participated together with relatively balanced influence,but there is an obvious absence of stakeholders.Based on three demands of security,development and function,the stakeholders gradually realize the discourse transformation from survivism to environmental control to sustainable development.Therefore,the hot microblogs of haze topic show the dual homogenization characteristics of participation pattern and meaning construction.
