摘要
目的:构建泌尿腔镜手术病人手术室护理质量评价指标体系,为临床医护者监测与评价提供依据。方法:通过2轮专家咨询,并借助Donabedian提及的“结构-过程-结果”理论、德尔菲法(Delphi)构建泌尿腔镜手术病人手术室护理质量评价指标体系。结果:2轮咨询问卷发放与回收份数均为10份,有效回收率均为100%,专家咨询权威系数分别为0.84和0.83,此研究2轮函询统计专家的积极程度采取问卷有效回收率描述,第1轮发放10份问卷,回收10份,有效回收率为100%;第2轮发放10份问卷,回收9份,有效回收率为90%,肯德尔和谐系数(Kendall coefficient of concordance)分别为0.409和0.398,最终确定了拟定3项一级指标,8项二级指标及45项三级指标(从结构、过程、结果3个维度评估)。结论:构建泌尿腔镜手术病人手术室护理质量评价指标体系全程存在较高可靠性、科学性与实用性,该体系可为临床医护者监测与评价提供依据,提升护理服务质量与护患满意度。
Objective:To construct the nursing quality evaluation index system of patients with urological endoscopic surgery in the operating room,and to provide the basis for the monitoring and evaluation of clinical doctors and nurses.Methods:Through two rounds of expert consultation and Donabedian′s"structure-process-result"theory and Delphi method,the nursing quality evaluation index system of operating room for patients undergoing urological endoscopic surgery was constructed.Results:The number of questionnaires distributed and collected in the two rounds was 10,and the effective recovery rate was 100%.The authoritative coefficients of expert consultation were 0.84 and 0.83.The enthusiasm of experts in the two rounds of consultation was described by the effective recovery rate of questionnaires.In the first round,the total of 10 questionnaires were distributed,and 10 questionnaires were recovered,and the effective recovery rate was 100%;in the second round,a total of 10 questionnaires were distributed,and 9 questionnaires were recovered,and the effective recovery rate was 90%,The Kendall coefficients of concordance were 0.409 and 0.398.Finally,3 first level indicators,8 second level indicators and 45 third level indicators were determined(evaluated from three dimensions of structure,process and result).Conclusions:There are high reliability,scientificity and practicality in the whole process of constructing the nursing qualityevaluationindex system of operating room for patients with urinary endoscopic surgery.This system could provide the basis for the monitoring and evaluation of clinical doctors and nurses,and improve the quality of nursing service and the satisfaction rate of nurses and patients.
