摘要
对气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID)同时测定糕点中的丙酸和脱氢乙酸进行研究。方法前处理步骤为:称取糕点样品,加入硫酸锌沉淀,调节pH后超声转移至25 mL容量瓶定容,取上清液酸化后加入乙酸乙酯萃取,上机检测,使用HP–FFAP极性柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)进行色谱分离。该方法具有操作简单快捷,前处理时间短,试剂成本低,重现性好、准确度高、精密度高的优点。其中丙酸和脱氢乙酸的方法检出限分别为0.008 g/kg和0.000 6 g/kg,定量限分别为0.026 g/kg和0.002 0 g/kg,线性范围1~200μg/mL,相关系数R2均大于0.999,当加标量为0.1~0.3 g/kg时,回收率在88.2%~107.1%之间,相对标准偏差在0.92%~3.88%之间。
A convenient, effective, and cost lower method was established to optimize the pretreatment in determination of propionic acid and dehydroacetic acid by Gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detector(GC-FID). The samples was precipitated with sulfuric acid, after adjusting the pH and ultrasonic treatment, it was on the constant volume of 25 mL,and then extracted with ethyl acetate. Afterward, the chromatographic separation were carried with a HP–FFAP polar column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm). The results showed that the detection limit of propionic acid was 0.008 g/kg while the dehydroacetic acid was 0.006 g/kg, and the quantification limit of propionic acid and dehydroacetic acid were 0.026 g/kg, 0.002 0 g/kg respectively. Moreover, these two compound had good linearity in the range of 1-200 μg/mL, the correlation coefficients of calibration curves was 0.999. When addition of standard substances were in the range of 0.1-0.3 g/kg, the average recovery rates were in the range of 88.2%-107.1%. In addition, the relative standard deviations were in the range of 0.92%-3.88%. This method indeed had good reproducibility, high accuracy and precision in determination of propionic acid and dehydroacetic acid. It would be suitable for detecting the pastries on the market.
