摘要
随着中医药快速发展与中医药人才紧缺的矛盾日趋明显,中医院校教育和师承教育的利弊随之浮现。通过对中医院校教育的现状分析、中医院校教育结合中医师承教育的优势、师承教育培养方法等三方面进行全面分析,探索中医药人才培养新模式,对加快实现中医药人才培养具有重要意义。
With the contradiction between the rapid development of TCM and the shortage of talents of TCM becoming more and more obvious,the advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine college education and teacher education emerge.Through the analysis of the following three aspects:analysis of the present situation of TCM college education,the advantages of TCM college education combined with TCM teacher education,and the training methods of TCM teacher education.To further explore the new mode of personnel training of traditional Chinese medicine is of great significance to speed up the training of talents of traditional Chinese medicine.
