摘要
随着阳极氧化技术的发展,在环保型电解液中良好的工艺条件能够改善阳极氧化膜层的耐蚀性能.采用以无污染的氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、硅酸钠、柠檬酸三钠为主要成分的电解液,以不同的阳极氧化时间对Mg_(97)Y_(2)Zn_(1)-0.5Al合金进行阳极氧化,对其表面形貌和腐蚀效果进行观察分析.结果表明:随着阳极氧化时间的增长,氧化膜表面缺陷先减少后增多,膜层的抗腐蚀性能先增强后减弱.当阳极氧化时间为20min时,膜层表面孔洞较小,没有明显的缺陷,膜层较厚且光滑,膜层的抗腐蚀性能最佳.
With the development of anodic oxidation technology,good process parameters in environmental friendly electrolyte can improve the corrosion resistance of anodic oxidation film. The surface morphology and corrosion effect of Mg_(97)Y_(2)Zn_(1)-0.5Al alloy were observed and analyzed by anodizing at different anodizing time in electrolytes composed of non-polluted sodium hydroxide,sodium carbonate,sodium silicate and trisodium citrate. The results show that with the increase of anodic oxidation time,the surface defects of the oxide film first decrease and then increase,and the corrosion resistance of the film first increases and then decreases. When the anodizing time is 20 min,the surface of the film has smaller holes and no obvious defects. The film is thick and smooth,and the corrosion resistance of the film is the best.
