摘要
针对北京市生活垃圾转运站污水,使用2种COD测定方法,分别为重铬酸钾滴定法和微回流比色法,通过平行实验、不同浓度试剂对比实验、标准物质验证和加标回收实验等方法,进行测定结果对比。研究结果显示,微回流比色法与重铬酸钾法测定水中COD,无论是污水样品还是标准样品,所得的结果无明显差异,精密度和准确度都较高,均满足标准要求。微回流比色法相较于重铬酸钾滴定法操作更加简单便捷、实验更加节约时间、更能降低实验风险。
Two methods,potassium dichromate titration method and micro reflux colorimetric method are used for the COD determination of sewage in certain transfer stations in Beijing.The results were compared by means of parallel test,different concentration reagent contrast test,standard material verification and standard addition recovery test.From the above experiments,it can be seen that the results of micro reflux colorimetric method and potassium dichromate method for the determination of COD in water,whether it is the sewage sample or the standard sample,have no obvious difference,the precision and accuracy are both high and meet the requirements of the standard.Compared with potassium dichromate titration,the micro reflux colorimetric method is more simple and convenient to operate,saves more time and reduces the risk of experiment.
