高效沉淀池除硬工艺结垢分析与改进措施

摘要 高效沉淀池集混合、絮凝、沉淀、泥渣浓缩于一体,近年来在给水和污水深度处理中得到广泛应用,尤其通过加药,在除硬、除硅等原水预处理领域得到了大量应用。在除硬处理中,系统结垢现象比较严重。对某项目高效沉淀池的设计、池体及配套设备参数进行介绍,并对除硬工艺中的结垢现象、危害、机理进行了分析。 High-efficiency sedimentation tank,which integrates mixing,flocculation,sedimentation and sludge concentration,has been widely used in advanced treatment of water supply and sewage in recent years,especially in the field of raw water pretreatment such as dehardening and desilication by adding drugs.In the process of dehardening,the scaling of the system is serious.Through an example,the design of the project's high-efficiency sedimentation tank,the parameters of the tank body and supporting equipment are briefly introduced,and the scaling phenomena,hazards and mechanism in the process of dehardening are analyzed.
