摘要
为了全面树立矿业工程类技术技能型人才工程素养的"大工程观",提升矿业工程特色专业群人才培养质量,从专业群再认识、紧随产业发展目标改革人才培养目标、课程体系改革研究、教材及教学资源建设研究、实践教学体系建设研究、双导师教师队伍建设研究、教学模式改革创新研究等方面积极探索特色专业群人才培养模式创新研究。
In order to fully establish the"big engineering view"of the engineering literacy of technical and skilled talents in mining engineering and improve the talent training quality of the characteristic professional group of mining engineering,This paper explores the innovation of talent training mode of characteristic professional groups from the aspects of re recognition of professional groups,reform of talent training objectives following the industrial development objectives,research on curriculum system reform,research on the construction of teaching materials and teaching resources,research on the construction of practical teaching system,research on the construction of double tutor teachers,and research on the reform and innovation of teaching mode.
