摘要 简要介绍纤连蛋白(Fibronectin,FN)的研究历史和分类,并简述了纤连蛋白的结构和功能;分析了纤连蛋白的作用机理。随着对纤连蛋白创伤修复分子机制的深入研究,其在新兴生物领域的应用也愈加广泛,将逐步推广到美容护肤领域。最后,就纤连蛋白在化妆品行业的应用进行了介绍。 The research history and classification of fibronectin(FN)have been briefly introduced.The structure and function of fibronectin have also been introduced,and the current research progress in the action mechanism of fibronectin has been discussed.With the in-depth study on the molecular mechanism of fibronectin in wound repair,its application in the emerging biomedical field is becoming more and more extensive and has gradually been extended to the field of beauty and skin care.The application of fibronectin in the cosmetic industry is prospected based on the research progress of fibronectin.
