聚酰亚胺纤维初生丝退绕张力控制方式探讨

摘要 目前,市场上常见的纤维退绕分轴向退绕和径向退绕两种形式,轴向退绕主要是被动退绕,而径向退绕又分为主动退绕和被动退绕两种方式。一般的成品纤维因具有较高的拉伸强度,不同的退绕方式对其产生的影响不大,退绕张力容易控制。对于聚酰亚胺纤维初生丝,进行环化牵伸前的强度比较低,表面不耐磨,在常用的退绕装置上非常容易产生毛丝、断丝,不能正常生产。文章结合聚酰亚胺纤维初生丝的特性,现场改进退绕纱架和张力控制元器件,并经多次生产实验验证,能较好地调节初生丝的退绕张力,克服退绕过程中容易产生毛丝、断丝的问题,建立了一套完整的退绕张力调节和控制系统,保障后处理生产的正常进行。 At present,the common fiber unwinding in the market is divided into axial unwinding and radial unwinding.Axial unwinding is mainly passive unwinding,and radial unwinding is divided into active unwinding and passive unwinding.Because the general finished fiber has high tensile strength,different unwinding methods have little effect on it,and the unwinding tension is easy to control.For the polyimide fiber primary filament,the strength before cyclic drafting is relatively low,and the surface is not wear-resistant.It is very easy to produce wool and broken flament on the common unwinding device,so it can not be produced normally.Combined with the characteristics of polyimide fiber primary filament,the unwinding frame and tension control components are improved on site.After many production experiments,it can better adjust the unwinding tension of primary filament,overcome the problem of wool and broken filament in the unwinding process,and establish a complete unwinding tension adjustment and control system to ensure the normal progress of post-treatment production.
