摘要
基于动态能力理论,构建供应链动态能力对管理创新实施的理论模型,同时将环境动荡性纳入研究模型中。基于320份有效问卷调查数据进行实证检验,研究表明:供应链动态能力主要关注学习和吸收能力以及重构和变革能力两个维度,其中学习和吸收能力能够通过重构和变革能力正向影响管理创新实施,环境动荡性能够正向调节供应链动态能力与管理创新实施之间的关系;并且重构和变革能力能够帮助企业在快速变化的环境中更快地找到管理创新的方式。
Based on the dynamic capability theory, this study builds a theoretical model of supply chain dynamic capability on management innovation implementation, and incorporates environmental turbulence into the research model. We conducted an empirical testing on 320 valid questionnaire survey data, and the results showed that the supply chain dynamic capabilities focus on two dimensions(i.e. learning and absorbing capability, reconstruction and change capability). Learning and absorptive capability can positively influence management innovation implementation through restructuring and change capability, and environmental turbulence can positively regulate the relationship between supply chain dynamic capability and the management innovation implementation. At the same time, the results also showed that the ability of restructuring and change can help enterprises find the way to manage innovation more quickly in the rapidly changing environment.
