摘要
心理育人是高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分,是落实立德树人根本任务、促进大学生健康成长和全面发展的重要途径,高校在心理育人过程中肩负着重要职责。当前我国高校心理育人工作普遍存在着心理育人队伍体系薄弱、心理育人过程衔接不够、心理育人合力不足等问题。及时总结发现问题,探究背后原因,提出合理对策意见,既是新时代高校心理育人现实困境的客观需求,也是新时代提升高校心理育人实效的有益尝试。从加强队伍体系建设、有效衔接育人过程、凝聚心理育人合力等方面进行积极探索,为培养学生积极乐观向上的健康心态出谋划策。
Psychological education is an important part of ideological and political education work in colleges and universities.It is an important way to fulfill the fundamental task of“building morality and cultivating talents”and promote the healthy growth and all-round development of college students.Colleges and universities shoulder important responsibilities in the process of psychological education.At present,there are many problems in the work of psychological education in colleges and universities,such as the weak system of psychological education team,the insufficient connection of psychological education process and the lack of join forces in psychological education.It is necessary to timely summarize and discover the problems,explore the reasons for them,and put forward reasonable countermeasures,which is not only an objective demand of the practical difficulties of psychological education in colleges and universities in the new era,but also a beneficial attempt to improve the effectiveness of psychological education in colleges and universities in the new era.This paper explores from the aspects of strengthening the construction of the team system,effectively connecting the process of education,and condensing the forces of psychological education,so as to provide some suggestions for cultivating students’positive and optimistic healthy mentality.
