摘要
现代大学书院的构建旨在延续学院制在专业教育教学活动组织的优势基础上,通过构建新型教育教学活动载体,形成新型教与学团体和动力范式,促进教育教学活动高效运行。其独特的“教授+辅导+实践”模式使其与团体活动的组织运行高度相似。为此,借鉴团体动力学相关研究成果,可以形成以团体氛围营造促动教育教学活动场域的形成,以团体关系强化促动教育教学关系的形成,以团体发展进程推进教育教学活动进行的组织策略。
The purpose of the construction of modern university academies is to form a new type of teaching and learning groups and dynamic paradigm,and promote the efficient operation of education and teaching activities by building a new carrier of education and teaching activities,on the basis of continuing the advantages of university system in the organization of professional education and teaching activities.Its unique model of“teaching+coaching+practice”makes it highly similar to the organization and operation of group activities.For this reason,by referring to the research results of group dynamics,this paper points out some organizational strategies,such as building group atmosphere to promote the formation of education and teaching activity fields,strengthening the group relation to facilitate the formation of the relation between education and teaching,and accelerating education and teaching activities based on the group development process.
