摘要
全面推进课程思政是落实高校立德树人根本任务的重要战略举措。高校教师是课程思政的主力军,高校师德师风建设的成效与课程思政的成效息息相关。高校师德师风建设应坚持有所为、有所不为,坚持高位引领与底线要求并重。在坚守师德底线的基础上,注重发挥育德功能,提升育德能力。高校教师应修立身之德,坚定理想信念,坚持正确的政治方向;应修立学之德,具备宽厚扎实的学识和恪守学术道德;应修施教之德,课堂内外将育德理念转化为育人行为。
Comprehensively promoting“curriculum ideological and political education”is an important strate-gic measure to fulfil the fundamental task of“building morality and cultivating talents”in colleges and universities.As the main force of“curriculum ideological and political education”,the effectiveness of the teachers’ethics con-struction is closely related to the results of“curriculum ideological and political education”.For teachers in univer-sities and colleges,they should focus on the things they should do and avoid doing what they shouldn’t do.Equal attention should be paid to the higher-level requirement of leading the moral education and the low-level re-quirement of keeping the bottom line.At the same time,on the basis of adhering to the bottom line of teachers’ethics,the function of moral education should be given full play,and the moral education ability should be im-proved.College teachers should strengthen their own moral cultivation,hold on correct ideals and beliefs,and ad-here to the correct political direction;besides,college teachers should improve their professional quality,have broad and solid knowledge foundation,and abide by academic ethics;in addition,college teachers should improve their teaching ability and put the idea of moral education into practice in and out of class.
