摘要
2015年我国颁布实施了新的《环境保护法》,新的《环境保护法》对于各类环境问题进行了总体性法律规范,其中对水质环境的法律规范突出显示了我国在水质环境监测方面的严格要求。随着工业化的发展,越来越多的人意识到水质环境的监测与自身的生活息息相关,基于此,人们也开始重视在水质环境监测方面的投入。该文正是在这一背景下,对水质环境监测存在的问题进行研究,以期能够对目前阶段水质环境监测中面临的不足,给予全面深入的分析,并且提出有针对性的解决对策,以便于为水质环境监测工作的进一步完善提供借鉴。
In 2015,China promulgated and implemented the new Environmental Protection Law,which provides overall legal norms for various environmental issues.The legal norms of water quality environment highlight the strict requirements of water quality environmental monitoring in China.With the development of industrialization,more and more people realize that the monitoring of water quality environment is closely related to their own life.Based on this,people also begin to pay attention to the investment in water quality environmental monitoring.In this context,this paper studies the problems existing in water quality environmental monitoring,in order to give a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the deficiencies faced in water quality environmental monitoring at the current stage,and put forward targeted countermeasures,so as to provide reference for the further improvement of water quality environmental monitoring.
