摘要
在推动城市高质量发展的新阶段,产业发展在城市更新中的重要性不断提升,已成为我国城市更新的核心议题之一。文章从产业的视角出发,分析城市更新与产业发展的互动逻辑和相互作用机制,并围绕规划理念、空间供给、资金平衡和运营监管等方面的内容,剖析当前城市更新工作中与产业发展相关的关键问题,总结归纳实践经验,尝试在产业发展层面探索其进一步推动城市更新的相关理论。
In high quality urban development,the importance of industries has been escalating as one of the core issues in urban regeneration.From industrial development viewpoint,the paper analyzes the logic and mechanism of interaction between industrial development and urban regeneration.Based on practical examples,the paper studies the key issues such as planning concept,space provision,capital balance,and regulation of operation,concludes experiences in practice and makes exploration in practice.
