摘要
以4个洛阳牡丹品种的鲜花为研究对象,采用顶空-气相色谱质联用法(HS-GC-MS)测定其香气成分及相对含量.4个品种的牡丹鲜花共鉴定出69种成分,肉芙蓉中香气成分26种,海黄中香气成分32种,香玉中香气成分39种,丹凤中香气成分39种,均包括醇类、醛类、酯类、萜烯类、烷烃类及其他类成分;四种牡丹中含有13种共有成分,而海黄、香玉、丹凤分别有8种、12种、13种特有的香气成分.
Taking four varieties of Luoyang peony flowers as the research object,the aroma components and their relative contents in four kinds of flowers are determined by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HSGC-MS).A total of 69 components are identified from four varieties.There are 26 aroma components in Rou Fu Rong,32 aroma components in Hai Huang,39 aroma components in Xiang Yu and 39 aroma components in Dan Feng,all including alcohols,aldehydes,esters,terpenes,alkanes and other components.There are 13 common components in the four peonies,while Hai Huang,Xiang Yu and Dan Feng all have their unique aroma components.
