摘要
为解决作品网络版权纠纷、透明作品版权、缩短作品网络出版价值链,文章基于区块链技术构建去中心化作品网络传播平台。该平台设置了作品、互动和计费三大模块,主体为创作者、读者、数据出版公司与相关主管部门。文章详细介绍了区块链平台数据存储机制、共识机制、激励机制、合约机制等,认为区块链平台的点对点传播与收费模式,能够加速作品网络传播,提高创作者版权收益;链式数据结构及时间戳技术能够有效防止作品被篡改或盗版,保护网络作品版权完整性。
In order to solve the copyright disputes,shorten the value chain of online publishing of works,and publicize the copyright of works,this paper constructs a decentralized network communication platform of works based on blockchain technology.The platform has three modules:work,interaction and billing,with creators,readers,data publishing companies and relevant authorities as the main body.This paper introduces in detail the data storage mechanism,consensus mechanism,incentive mechanism and contract mechanism of the blockchain platform.It holds that the point-to-point communication and charging mode of the blockchain platform can accelerate the network communication of works and improve the copyright income of creators,and that chained data structure and time stamp technology can effectively prevent works from being tampered or pirated,and protect the copyright integrity of network works.
