摘要
对广州市老旧社区垃圾分类情况进行调研,发现广州老旧社区生活垃圾分类问题,从服务设计角度寻找解决方案。运用访谈法、观察法与文献整理法,调研广州市老旧社区居民的垃圾分类情况,研究居民分类行为的影响因素。针对广州老旧社区的垃圾分类痛点问题,运用服务设计的方法与工具,厘清设计思路与设计策略,展开社区垃圾分类服务系统设计与产品创新设计。社区垃圾源头分类是解决垃圾分类问题的关键,运用系统设计思维,构建广州老旧社区垃圾分类服务系统,形成高效协同的社区垃圾分类体系,培养居民主动分类的习惯,从而落实社区垃圾源头分类,为垃圾分类问题提供系统性解决方案。
By investigating the garbage classification status and finding out the problems of garbage classification in the old community of Guangzhou,to find solutions from the perspective of service design.Through the interview,observation and literature sorting method,the garbage classification of Guangzhou old community residents were investigated,and the influencing factors of garbage classification behavior of community residents were studied.Based on the methods and tools of service design,the garbage classification service for the old communities in Guangzhou was designed.Through the community survey,the existing problems in the old community garbage classification were understood,design analysis and insight were carried out based on the old community garbage classification,design idea and design strategy were summarized to produce the community garbage classification service system design and product innovation design.The source classification of community garbage is the key to solving the problem of garbage classification.Through the use of system design thinking,the establishment of a garbage classification service system for old communities in Guangzhou provides design solutions to the problem of garbage classification.By forming an efficient and synergistic community garbage classification system,cultivate residents’habit of active sorting,so as to implement community garbage classification at the source.
