青年教师的成长,是当前教师个人以及教育主管部门一直思考的问题。树立正确的教育观,合理规划专业发展,找准发力点,内外力相结合,助推青年教师成长。
The growth of young teachers is a problem that teachers and education authorities have been thinking about. To promote the growth of young teachers, people should establish a correct outlook on education, plan professional development reasonably, identify the starting point, and combine internal and external forces.
