摘要
"两山"跨域式发展是要在确保绿水青山的前提下追求经济的高质量绿色发展。对于民族地区而言,实现"两山"跨域式发展是势在必行的,以辽宁民族地区为例,通过现状分析,总结归纳出民族地区实现"两山"跨域式发展的必要性。在此基础上,从资源利用、绿色发展、"两山"认知、环境保护等四个层面进行相应的能力架构分析,以确保"两山"跨域式发展目标的实现。
The "two mountains" cross-regional development is to pursue economic high-quality green development on the premise of ensuring green waters and green mountains. For ethnic regions, it is imperative to realize the cross-regional development of the "two mountains". Taking the ethnic regions of Liaoning as an example,through the analysis of the status quo, the necessity of achieving the cross-regional development of the "two mountains" in the ethnic regions is summarized.. On this basis, the corresponding capacity structure analysis is carried out from the four levels of resource utilization, green development, "two mountains" cognition, and environmental protection to ensure the realization of the "two mountains" cross-domain development goals.
