蛋氨酸锰对蛋鸡抗氧化能力、脂质代谢、免疫功能和肠道形态的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Dietary Manganese-Methionine Supplementation on the Antioxidant Capacity,Lipid Metabolism,Immune Function and Intestinal Morphology of Laying Hens

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮中添加蛋氨酸锰对蛋鸡抗氧化能力、脂质代谢、免疫功能和肠道形态的影响。采用单因素试验设计,选取生产性能相近的53周龄的京红1号商品蛋鸡480羽,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复16羽。对照组在基础饲粮的基础上添加60 mg/kg硫酸锰(以锰计),4个试验组分别在基础饲粮的基础上添加20、40、60、80 mg/kg蛋氨酸锰(以锰计)。预试期1周,正试期9周。结果表明:与对照组相比,60 mg/kg蛋氨酸锰组肝脏总抗氧化能力提高(P<0.05),60、80 mg/kg蛋氨酸锰组血清总胆固醇含量降低(P<0.05),40 mg/kg蛋氨酸锰组血清免疫球蛋白A含量增加(P<0.05),80 mg/kg蛋氨酸锰组十二指肠绒毛高度、空肠绒毛高度和绒毛面积、回肠的绒毛面积深度均增加(P<0.05),隐窝深度降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,40~80 mg/kg蛋氨酸锰在改善蛋鸡免疫功能、抗氧化能力、脂质代谢和肠道形态方面效果优于60 mg/kg硫酸锰;在生产实践中,较低浓度的蛋氨酸锰可以替代硫酸锰。 The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary manganese-methionine(Mn-met)supplementation on the antioxidant capacity,lipid metabolism,immune function and intestinal morphology of laying hens.Based on a single factor experimental design,a total of 480"Jinghong No.1"commercial laying hens(53-week-old)with similar production performance were selected and randomly divided into 5 treatment groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 16 hens per replicate.Birds in the control group were fed on the basal diets supplemented with 60 mg/kg MnSO4(as a manganese basis),in other four experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 20,40,60,80 mg/kg Mn-Met,respectively.The adaption period lasted for 1 week and the formal period lasted for 9 weeks.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,the total antioxidative capacity(T-AOC)of liver in the 60mg/kg Mn-Met group increased significantly(P<0.05);The serum total cholesterol(TC)levels in the 60 and 80 mg/kg Mn-Met groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05);The serum immunoglobulin A(IgA)level in the 40 mg/kg Mn-met group increased significantly(P<0.05);In the 80 mg/kg Mn-met group,the duodenal villi height increased and the crypt depth shallowed significantly,jejunal villi height and villi area increased significantly and ileac crypt area increased significantly(P<0.05).In conclusion,the effects of 40~80 mg/kg manganese methionine on improving immune function,antioxidant capacity,lipid metabolism and intestinal morphology of laying hens are better than those of 60 mg/kg manganese sulfate.In practice,manganese sulfate can be replaced by lower concentration of manganese methionine.
